Castek ClaimsPath:
The Fastest Way to Improve Claims Service and Your Bottom Line
See how insurers are rapidly achieving measurable improvements
in Claims handling using Castek’s ClaimsPath. This seminar
will feature one of Castek’s customers discussing their
actual results and ROI using ClaimsPath, and include a brief demonstration
to introduce ClaimsPath’s collaboration and supplier management
capabilities.
ClaimsPath is accessed through the internet hosted by Castek or
the insurer. It connects all service providers involved in the
claims resolution process, from first notice of loss through approval
of invoices including salvage and litigation. ClaimsPath allows
adjusters to connect and send assignments from their desktop directly
to their service provider partners in the supply chain, as well
as track and document all communications. The system is customizable
to a carrier’s individual claims workflow and can be fully
integrated with existing policy and claims systems.
